Can't believe Nichols is starting, looks like We are going to have 2 telfords on the bench this season. DC just said on radio Bristol that Nichols looks good in training so deserves a place, that's fine but does he know it's Saturday afternoon

The problem is that Rovers has to defend well today, the expectations is that Rovers will conceded, like they normally do, which means forward line are under pressure to score twice, so i believe the best Rovers can hope for is a score draw, Sincerely hope im wrong. UTG

I’m not convinced by that line up I’m afraid, as others on here know I’m a positive poster and I always stick with the manager. I don’t know about today though , I really want to be wrong but I cant see us getting 3 points. Unless it’s a dc master stroke ......

I'm glad we're playing 2 up top. It's the lack of width that confuses me. Leads was brilliant on Tuesday, not sure why he's been dropped? It's sadly becoming a familiar pattern of bizarre decisions. It’s like DC has gone mad. Crap line up. Thank God WWFC’s team is full of has-beens or this would be a heavy loss! 3-4 Gas! Nicholls four goals and Payne three goals. I’m taking this post as seriously as DC is picking a team. He wants out by the looksey.

DC always seems to dick about trying weird stuff out early season which has to be why we start badly then starts to put things back to the way that works and we pick up.
Its frustrating as hell but his record speaks for itself so it’s hard to argue with his way.
I do worry though that one season , maybe this one , we won’t recover from a bad start and we’ll go down.

Even comparing DC to mark McGhee is crazier than McGhee putting Parkes on the wing Six months ago I would have agreed. I've always been a firm supporter of DC but I'm not so sure anymore. Hopefully he'll pull a few rabbits out of the hat but I'm not confident. |

I hope all the posters mocking the selection come back after and hold their hands up and admit they were wrong if we win.

I’ll be over the moon if we win but that doesn’t change the fact that I’m worried now about the line up and formation. Generally when you play a dismond midfield you have attacking fullbacks to give the width. I don’t see those kind of players on the pitch to do that today. But like I said I really hope I’m wrong. |

Yeah we’ve started bad but it’s been 2 league games. Even if we were fighting relegation (I don’t think we will) I would still keep him to try and rectify it |
