Well done T.W tonight. You’ve had a lot of critics and frustration aimed at you this past week. Rightfully so. You must be buzzing like when I lead my pool team to victory from 6-2 down to 7-6. Just a pub game but sends me home buzzing. He won’t sleep tonight and good on him. Valuable important bonus 3 points. Now back to your job your meant to be doing. 👏👏👏

In addition doesn’t it still need to be a clear and obvious goal scoring opportunity? Well he dispossessed the last man in the box so I'd say it's pretty clear cut. I’m speaking generally about the rule. For example a player heading well away from goal towards the corner flag is treated differently to someone bang in front of goal ready to shoot. Haven’t seen the replay of the Leahy one yet but was he moving more away from goal? The defender hadn’t taken himself out of the game and could still have been in a position to prevent a goal scoring opportunity? Whatever it doesn’t really matter now as we held on - would have loved a red card at the time though!

What if they don’t like Barton and won’t play for him? Is it asking too much of well paid footballers to at least defend with commitment for the club and the fans if not for the manager? I think Tisdale sometimes confused the players about what he actually wanted rather, than them downing tools. Also not sure that his man management skills were that great, which is odd considering all the management speak stuff he does. That's possible, but it doesn't explain how the same players with the same manager played a decent Wimbledon side off the park in one of the most complete performances I have seen for many years. When did the confusion start. I'm happy to accept that Tisdale lost his connection with the players or as they say lost the dressing room. I just hope that these same players don't turn on the next manager if they don't like what's being asked of them.

I am relieved to say that for once we stuck it "up Pompeii" tonight and we all know "they do not like it up 'em".

Despite out result we are still massive in the sh** and yet to appoint a manager. But less of a mess than we would have been if we'd lost, as we'd be now in the bottom 4. If we can beat Pompey surely we can get the other 7 wins required to stay up.

People keep mentioning that Wimbledon away performance but it was only Wimbledon!
Tonight was the real deal against an experienced side currently in the playoffs.
I don't think it's a case of playing for particular managers - just more of following simpler orders and sticking to the game plan.

We beat Lincoln away, we've beaten Portsmouth tonight, we should of nicked it at Peterborough, drew away at Sunderland on the opening day. We've proved that whoever the manager is, we can hold our own against the top sides in the Division.
For whatever reason it's the majority of the rest of the games where we've not been at it.
It's a funny old game.

Brilliant result tonight, some fantastic performances.
As many have said - give the job to Tommy until the end of the season. No point wasting more money on another manager. Hopefully TW can pull this group together and get some points on the board between now and the end of the season!
