Listening to JBs interview I am 100 % behind him and his new coaching team . Thinking the ugly sisters should be politely let go ... the common link of failure.
If we do go down I really hope JB stays with us to help rebuild and go again. Ditto if he somehow keeps us in L1 .
I am now expecting the worst but still hoping for the best outcome, at least we have a slight chance with this guy in charge.

Only two people? Did they employ themselves and decide to implement the let’s build a pretty under 23 premier league team project all on their own? Well add Darrell Clarke to that for bringing in his mate from Coventry (TW) who he knew from his Salisbury days and Wael and Hamer if you want to go back that far for allowing it. As regards Ben Garner I suppose we have to blame Pirate( no offence meant) and Starmes, Wael and Widdrington. I think that just about covers it. I had nothing to do with the appointment, if I did I would have said not to appoint him when we did having changed my mind. Not sure what is so difficult about that to understand? As if a fan with an opinion on a forum can be blamed anyway. Absolutely ridiculous. |

Well I just heard JB interview, and he seemed to be bumming up Kilgore ; Hanlon and Harries; hopefully he was just doing that for their confidence;

But if he can we can still survive. We are not cut adrift, we are just sh**. If he can get 25% out of these players than we will be ok, if not then we have next season in L2 to rebuild..👀 He needs 100% every week out of these players + they need to learn how to defend and attack the ball in both boxes. We’ve got a team full of pussys. I think Barton is the right signing but if I’m honest I wouldn’t be surprised if he throttled one of them before the end of the season. I think I would. I agree, but I just listened to his post match interview and he is full of confidence.Ive gotta say I love how he talks.. And what he say is the truth, and basic common sense! If he can get this thru to the players, not only will we survive...but we will progress greatly as a football club over the next few years. |

I'm not a fan of bringing 3 subs on in one go, it's too big a change all at once imo Correct it dosent usually work but didnt someone do that to us earlier in the season when we were on top and it totally changed the game and we lost. Steve Evans did that for Gillingham on Saturday and we know how that turned out! |

None of our strikers are successful performing as lone hunters, our previous managers didn't really get that.
I hope Joey doesn't take too long that we need two on the field hunting as a pair.

In amongst everything and our hopes for a new manager bounce we need to accept one simple fact, our players can’t be better than they are...I really don’t know where we go from here other than to become the best organised team in the bottom few because we certainly aren’t anywhere near the most talented.

Even though that was a massive kick in balls tonight I liked what I saw from JB not scared to change things around and also not settling for 1 point and bringing on attacking players to try and nick it. The only criticism I would say is 5 subs probably went against us as we were in the middle of a decent spell and the flow seemed to stop when he bought the 3 on but at least he wasn't scared to have ago,it reminds me a bit of DC who never liked draws and was a positive person. We go again and fingers crossed JB can turn this around but it's going to be a bumpy ride. I’ve not seen every game this season, maybe half of them, but in most if not every one of those games our subs don’t seem have improved us, but instead have made it worse, or look worse. Maybe the players aren’t good enough. But I agree that at least it showed JB was having a go. |

Totally agree, Harries had a decent game Saturday and tonight, been called rubbish by many this season but Kilgours performance tonight summed up his season, very very poor. Gets continually caught on the wrong side of his man and is as slow as a VLCC and turns like one. Will you please stop banging on about playing Grant at centre back. The bloke continually gets caught out of position and will be worse at centre back Grant was excellent tonight |

Agreed Hanlan is not a centre forward, as shown by the sitter he headed wide early in the game. He is skilful in holding up the ball but his finishing lets him down. Unfortunately we don't have many options. Ayunga is not the answer either |

Didn’t think we were that bad tonight or on Saturday. Pressed well, got forward well and put crosses in. Forced plenty of corners, the key thing we’re missing for me is a solid spine. Got some decentish players but that CB, CM and CF is at the heart of everything in any team.
Still got some hope though... for now.

A team in our league position that keeps conceding silly goals at one end and struggles to create anything at the other end is going to end up relegated. I think JB is a good manager but I’m not convinced he can perform the miracle we need. Depressing night made worse by another forum member (I almost said fan but that would be wrong) who seems to be revelling in tonight’s result. I’m not sure whether to turn to god or drink. If you fancy incense and bead jiggling you could go catholic and do both |
