Yeah I said similar a while ago . A.bid of 400-450k and we might get him. Not gonna happen though ! No way would we pay a fee like that for a player unproven above L2. Seeing as Evans and Macca seem to be struggling at this level plus Beefy to a degree then no chance is Taylor worth that sort of money. Agreed but that wasn’t my point , it was that would be the sort of numbers needed to sign him I think . All academic as it’s not going to happen . |

Heads not been in it for weeks, you could tell. Good player but poor attitude, could of played today, then sorted things out Monday. Reflects badly on himself, and lesser extent Barnsley and Burnley, obviously didn't care. Hope he makes plenty of mistakes for his new club and deserves plenty of stick when he comes back. Absolutely classless. We don't really know what's gone on in the background, JB might well have told him to leave before the match when he got wind he was joining Barnsley. Are you going to level the same criticism against Brentford and rovers over our potential new signing which has obviously been discussed some time before his loan at Crawley was terminated |

Are you going to level the same criticism against Brentford and rovers over our potential new signing which has obviously been discussed some time before his loan at Crawley was terminated It's totally different scenarios Brentford have given Crawley a week's notice to get a new keeper in, whereas it seems we were given virtually no warning given that Thomas travelled up with the players for the match. Do you find anything positive about Rovers at present? |

Do you find anything positive about Rovers at present? It's also not unreasonable for the parent club to want the player to be playing at the highest possible level, as is the case with the Brentford/Crawley situation. Thomas being recalled and then sent to a League One rival leaves a bad taste. |

From what I’am reading & hearing I’am more than happy with his replacement. He’s a good loan signing on paper but as with any signing it’s what he does in a Rovers shirt that will determine whether or not he’s a good signing. Time will tell and hopefully we’ve got another two centre backs, a central mid and a left back / wing back on their way before the window closes. |
