Not sure why we would, imagine if he broke his leg next week, for me it would completely invalidate the transfer. Just make it subject to JCH being injury free, that surely can't be too hard? If DM is so confident he'll go in the first week of January I assume a deal of sorts has been agreed with a club anyway......or he's just talking BS. ...or encouraging more bids. |

I took it as read that completion would be subject to medical but perhaps I should have made it clear. I’m with you that some form of deal is already in place between a club (hopefully us) and DM - my question really is whether than can’t be contractually agreed in advance as I wouldn’t want to rely on “Gentleman’s agreements” in the world of football. |
