Unfortunately I think he’s on a hiding to nothing.
That job is an absolute hospital pass. Hopefully the club management recognise that and don’t make him the fall guy if he can’t turn it around.

If true a huge challenge for him, Cheltenham a club with limited ambition and potential who have done well to reach their present level ,albeit struggling .Have greatest respect for D/C and have no axe to grind with Cheltenham so wish him all the best. It could be that D/C has found his level I.E league 1 or 2 and is unable to take a club any further, JB in a similar position in that he is yet to prove he can take a team to the Championship, i have hopes that he can make that step.
