embarassed is to weak a word to describe that disgusting abject performance last night! asking that lot who turned up last night to play for a first team shirt is demeaning to the fans of this once great club i have never seen such a disgusting display by a rovers team in all my 55 years as a supporter and god ive seen some bad displays, but this was the worse. what is the answer, who knows, or it seems to me who even cares. im speechless!

It's supposed to ring true as somebody connected to MT is clearly feeding Roadman, virtually every post is critical of the owners but MT escapes any criticism, even though his whole time with us as been, mainly, appalling. Last season it was all JB's players fault, this season it's now the VP's fault, who's fault was it as Rotherham? If PC can't play twice in a week, then why risk our £500K striker in a meaningless cup game? The blokes an imposter who's found a friend in Roadman to cover up that he's totally out of his depth. Topper, do you read what you want and imagine I say other stuff? This person who knows MT has to report back or hear me day I don’t think he’s right for us and his tactics are not great either?!

I said last night that there is something rotten at this football club. The performance and interviews of MT and TM testify to this. One thing we should do is recognise "the truth" from the game last night. I would not pick Luke Thomas (the sulker), Hutchinson or Garrett again. Set the professionsl sporting bar at a reasonable level and remove them. January - get rid. Those 3 were an absolute disgrace last night. George Friend has a lot to account for as well. Where were the character and fitness references done on Hutchinson, Garrett and Omochere? I agree with everything you say here - sadly I will add Connor Taylor to the list - he appears to me to be just going through the motions. I agree Connor Taylor has looked a pale shadow of player that we knew. Looks slower and less aggressive than before.

To be fair to Roadman, he said above he'd let Taylor go. He's just suggesting he's not the only problem. We're in a situation where a change in manager could see an improvement or could make things even worse. However, it does seem like Taylor is on borrowed time, so they might as well get rid now because we have 4 matches in 10 days after the international break. I'm not sure I trust them to appoint the right replacement or that we'll see a massive improvment on the pitch, but it does feel like a change is inevitable.

I agree Connor Taylor has looked a pale shadow of player that we knew. Looks slower and less aggressive than before. They had a team photo session last week, Kuwaiti’s were present and they never spoke to the manager and ignored him. Staff in any business would pick up on this and the players have as well. The ones not in favour use it to their advantage, agents ringing up asking why their player isn’t playing. If MT lost the senior pros he’d be gone, last night none of them play and we collapse. Look at how he singled out Wilson for coming on, how he said he can’t wait for Martin back!

MT is feeding Roadman. 😂😂😂 Roadman - the apologist for MT? Some people need a reality check. Whatever you say about MT, you can not deny that with his interviews over the last 7 days, he is calling it out. Not an imposter (insult), but struggling to allow the "pitch does not lie" mantra to convince us of anything other than that we have a squad that is poor. Throwing his players under the bus? Do me a favour. How can anyone defend that performance last night? Even the skipper on the night said it was embarrassing.

Didn't he just say that he thought MT should be sacked? That's some connection to feed info to then post that. Roadman is connected in the football industry, having friends and family who are in the industry too I can tell you that everyone knows everything about everyone and everything. It's so incesteous that people talk. Agents, players, scouts, DOFs, club secretaries, PFA reps. So just because Paul has heard something it doesnt mean that it's come from someone close to MT. Put it this way, I heard pretty much copy and paste what Paul said from a player last week. So yes, there is a massive ring of truth to everything he's writing.

I'm neither here nor there on Taylor but its pretty clear he won't be here much longer.
My worry is who will want to manage us knowing our owners are going to interfere at every stage?. We will be left with a pool of desperate managers out for a payday.
Wael has sold us down a river it seems.

Completely agree in my case it 65 seasons. I saw nothing last night, no tactics, no pride, no enthusiasm nothing. Our Manager decided to sit in the stand he said "its good to get a different perspective" well I hope he watched the game and was as discusted as all the Gasheads watching. No pride, pride is a gift a man gives himself. If he watched last night, and has got any pride he would resign.

He wants out, it’s so clear, this interview with Radio Bristol is damning Go to 55 mins onwards……..the manager uses the word “Debrief” www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0jqcdfd?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobileIt will be interesting how everyone in and around the club debriefs this We are learning about Promises body, record signing who can’t play twice a week. That game told a lot of people the truth tonight - aimed at the board It will be interesting to see where people think (the board) where this squad is really at. We’ve got players here lucky to be training with us. ……..there you go folks, not much difference here to Graham Potter at Chelsea. Young Kuwaiti kid never worked in football before at any level running the club. 35 year old DOF in his first job in football at a club outside of playing the game. 40% shareholder advertising midweek he’s going in the away end and buying beers for the fans, it’s a goodbye tour for him…………..I don’t agree with the managers tactics but I do feel sorry for him, who’d want this job? *When Cogs lost he’d say I love these boys, they give their all for me and train so hard every day, we will go again and I trust them. Last night was a manager who had no tie or connection to the players, if they were his signings he would not be saying “some are lucky to train with us”. If he choose his own players he’d never have said “it will be interesting to see what people think of this squad now” because the owner and us fans would say, you choose the players pal?!?! 5 central midfielders, 5 strikers, it’s a mess, he can’t keep them all happy and the ones he only trusts are the older men like Ward, Lindsay, Wilson, Hunt and Martin. It’s clear he likes Sotiriou, Taylor Moore etc but we’ve got a Premiership player here who Villa paid 7 figures for on the bench, a Champ young player or the season with 21 appearances last season……….and he’s just been told, work with this and make them happy, he’s not Pep?!?! Interesting interpretation though not one I would entirely agree with. The rumours of MT having the team picked for him seem to have a bit of traction with posters I have come to respect, so while I’m not convinced I think there could be something in it. DOF George Friend is fairly experienced in the game though he is not Lenny Lawrence. Who knows how he will turn out. I can’t remember Coughlan losing so heavily to such a poor side. TBH I would be pretty unhappy if any manager said he loved and trusted some/many of those out there last night. The Thing is without a game for another ten days or so all these rumours will start to gather momentum as so little actually comes directly from the club. It’s a shame we can’t just get back on with the football rather than all the club politics.

Just listened to Taylors interview after the game and I must agree with everything he said. He works with these guys on a daily basis and I don't care what anyone says .But I'm sure he picks the teams. It looks me that he is gradually finding out the players he feels are best equipped to play in the first team and so some will become squad players only. Last night he gave these so called squad players a chance to show him if they were still worthy of being selected . As we found out some/most are not. He also hinted that some of these so called players will not be around much longer which I agree with. He needs to sort this out pretty quick or the 4th division will beckon.
