Everyone still just guessing - let's give the owner a full 12 months before we have another a Shrewsbury style meltdown. I'm pretty sure he has everything in hand but then I too am just guessing!

You're completely right there should be no questioning of a performance when you've failed to have a shot on target against one of the worst teams in the division who were in the grip of an injury crisis, a completely laudable and acceptable performance. If it's announced that the UWE is not going to happen it should be greeting with thunderous applause and the throwing of hats in the air, it'll be one of the finest days in the history of the club. Unbelievable. No news in this case is an ominous sign. |

You are wrong in this matter I suppose if negotiations had reached the end of the line UWE would probably just come out and say so, as it's not as though they owe the club anything by staying silent while Wael looks for a Plan B. Faced with the current wall of silence, this is pretty much the only thought keeping my glimmer of hope alive. |

Yep that's why the silence is ominous, of course unless you have evidence to the contrary Then again perhaps Wael is just using social media to try & put pressure on the UWE to do a deal. Until Wael or the UWE make a formal announcement we really haven't a clue what's going on, talks wise. I just can't see Wael being happy to start again on a new 5 plan to build a new stadium on an alternative site. Something will have to give soon one way or the other in 2017. |
