The only way he is going to get better is if we slag him off on here or better still shout abuse directly at him from the terraces. He's got to be told. Assume sarcasm indicator on here?

He was bought for his height last season to go route one if we were unable to break teams down and he did a job for us, we went up, job done. Its not as if he was our summer signing so if hes not good enough for this level so be it, lets not crucify him! I do think if he put himself about abit more and was a in defenders faces type player hed get more joy but perhaps thats not in him.Pretty much what DC said at the Q&A session in August (or was it July - can't remember).

Anything but boring - at least the first half. Second half more even but we still had chances - difficult to score against a team set out to defend and try for a breakaway goal.

If the consortium genuinely are going to invest £40/50m buidling the UWE why would they then let us go into Admin? As far as never going into Admin under NH if he doesn't do something soon the wonga loan will ttake us ever closer to Admin? Nh clearly won't, or can't, back DC as surely he'd have brought in another player ,or two, if he had the funds? Has DC asked for permission to bring in extra players? Just wondering.......

A Welling player has been charged with feigning injury (not sure how links work but hope the link below does the trick): www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34204326Danny Rose went down like Mike Tyson had thumped him and the circumstances in the BBC report look very similar. Maybe if the FA start charging for this type of play acting it will stop happening.

If they had said manufacturing error..... What the feck is a technical error You would think we have an idea what we sell and what to order and we have used the same kit supplier for how long? A bit of detail to the error would be nice It might not be a Rovers error but just about sums Rovers up So it might not be a Rovers error but it just about sums us up? Is there actually anybody on this forum who hasn't got a knife aimed firmly at this clubs back? Just you and me?

How effective were the match reviews with Chris Jelf last season? Did they actually happen? (I'll be there tonight so will try and ask about that part of the review since it was stated at the Q&A that this would be a new feature - in fact from memory it was the only definite new thing which the review resulted in)

Very rarely post on the Sack the Board forum these days. Sad place it is. Sack tbone The other forum tends to be more concerned with the commercial aspects of the club than with the playing aspects and, yes, the majority (but not all) the posters have a clear and obvious dislike of the current board members, especially Nick Higgs. The issue on there at the moment is that the mods are locking threads which criticise an ex board member, whilst leaving open threads which criticise NH, GD, BB etc. My own view is that there has been an attempt at sh*t stirring by one poster regarding an ex-director and the mods are doing their best to close that topic down - I just wish they would take the same approach when the current board are criticised. I view both forums, seldom posting on either of them - the difference is basically that the other forum is dominated by the anti-board mob. That said, there are often humourous threads and discussions about the playing side of things but in my view the lesson is that this board should stick to team issues, humour and Shamesbury's.

Which of the three recent relegation seasons is that? Come on, be specific!! If my memory is not playing up I've seen 6 relegations and 4 promotions so far - hoping promotions gain a score in the upcoming season! The last one. Only 25% of your relegaions have seen us lose our league status so you are a glory hunter who hasn't seen the hardships HTY has endured. Yup - glory hunting since 1957!

I've offered Hugo the Younger plenty of chances to support a "big club" but he loves Rovers. He started watching us properly the season we got relegated. I guess that makes him one of a very select few Rovers fans who isn't a glory hunter. Which of the three recent relegation seasons is that? Come on, be specific!! Surely dependant on the Judges view of the contract and events
She might think Sainsbury's don't have to buy the site but decide Sainsbury's should pay us for costs accrued from x date
Why? Either the contract is binding or not...surely we wouldn't have got this far if there was a deal to be made? We either sell the Mem for the full price or don't...who want's anything in the middle? And that's not bravado, it's a serious question...I would compare middle-ground compensation with last season's relegation - it will make or break us How would middle-ground compensation break us? Assuming it paid all the costs and cleared the debts, it would leave the club in a better financial position than it has ever been in since we came back to Bristol. No new stadium, but no debts either which might make the club a more attractive proposition to potential investors. Losing the case completely and having to pay Sainsbury's costs on top of our own could break us though.

Relief! Mind you, I'll only have a 2 - 3" window as I'll have actual work on my laptop, but that's good enough (just about). Hoping the re-release test fails then the main release will get delayed! Sabotage? Sounds like a plan - but resigned myself to BT Sport I think.
