Absolutely not, Martin has been great since he come in we have waited untill his contract has expired or very close to, before extending his stay. Plus he is 35 so not a long term answer is he really. We need another 3 or 4 players in. |

Fair play to Chris for signing until the end of the season and agreeing the club can then offer him another 12 months if the club wish to extend it.

Slightly surprised to see it only guaranteed to extend until the end of the season with only a club option to extend next year.
Was expecting a locked in 18 month deal at least, maybe there's an easy extension clause for him to achieve, but not too bad in case he gets injured or something and we decide we don't want/need him next season.

Bloke scores goals, his experience will be crucial
Now to get in at least one raw quick striker who can learn from him
I’d be happy for him to be one of 3 or 4 strikers here next season. Keeps himself fit and will be a great option even if not starting every week.
Now for a central midfielder please
