When you think we are paying big wages to a invisible CEO & A poor radio pundit that money could be better spent on Holloway with his experience/contacts/love for the club
in a upstairs position like trolls/Lawrence as I'm sure the problem lies in a lot of players do not want to come here for various reasons not just salary
I think Payne as we all think was not first choice so possibly 4th 5th or 6th choice. As we know Lyle Taylor was brandished about as first choice then the lad from Walsall another let alone the ones that didn't get into the public domain so surly someone with the contacts like Holloway would add a lot more benefit than the current invisibles
DC would still be manager with hopefully better players because you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear and at the moment I sense his frustration

Me, my lad and dad are ST holders for the new family stand. I can confirm that for the previous home games this season we have been given tickets in the South Stand (along with complimentary pasty & drink vouchers as compensation - which i think is a nice touch btw) for each game. So far this week I have not received any communication from the club to say we won't be sat in the new stand on Saturday. That's not to say we won't as the week goes on but at this point we haven't. The club said the stand would take 3 days to put up so I assume it's still possible as long as it's starts tomorrow. But if there's a delay tbh I'm not that bothered as I know they will find us seats together somewhere for the match as they have not let us down so far. I really don't understand why some people are getting so worked up about this. It will be sorted soon I am sure, let's cut the club some slack shall we? I listened to the Gorringe on Gascast last night taking about all the projects they committed to this summer and I think they've actually done really well to get as much done as they have in the timeframe. UTG! I am in the new Family stand as well had tickets for the south stand turn up yesterday again so I presume not up and running for the Plymouth game

Assuming we sold any then what's happened to the season ticket holders who bought tickets in new Family Stand, have they been re-seated in the South/South West stands? To all those people who think we could take on City on the cup, or go up and stay up I think last night proved you are wrong. We lost to a reserve team Of course they were in the second round and oh knocked out by lg1 side below us

when he come on as a sub last season they took the lead he was in the corner by the SW tent keeping the ball in the corner he pulled his shorts around his b*$$%cks he is a big unit.
sincs was trying to get the ball off him and looked like a kid trying to get the ball off his dad big mismatch I had to chuckle

Big day for DC & TW Need cutting edge players up front TN not done it with the chances he's been given whatever formation suits or not ! to early to say for GW but seems in the similar mould
the last game & Exeter the chances were there just didn't get taken, could of been out of sight in the Exeter game first twenty before they gat a shot off & Pboro game controlled possession for long spells needed a pivot to hold the ball up bring in others create chances
admittedly the defence need to be more switched on but with a promising LB to come in & a full time defensive coach they can only improve. Plus playing myself in the past when chances are not being taken up front it magnifies the pressure at the back to keep clean sheets knowing you might only take 1 in 10 chances. I know a lot of people are saying we need a big powerful CB but we had that in Sweeney and that only worked for a short period its all about anticipation, concentration & positional awareness
the final pieces of the jigsaw could mean top or bottom !

strangely and worryingly we've moved to the new "Family stand" looking at the seats available it seems half the size of the one I looked at when I renewed and chose the seating based on the ones I was looking at so that could have all changed !! plus they are showing it as uncovered seating & I'm sure when I moved they said it was roofed !!! I don't think that graphic is entirely accurate, of course it should be but it isnt.... from what's been posted on here before the new stands should be covered.... hopefully otherwise my kids wont have that be claiming coats all round off BRFC

Upson, Matthews, Rodman, Holmes-Dennis and Reilly have all arrived. Better or worse than what we had this time last year? DC is (having to build?) building another team - yes, we've lost a few good un's but tell me a time when it's been any different? One centre forward and we'll start the season in better shape than last Player for player better than the ones gone imo better balance as well just a replacement for Ellis then good to go friendlies mean nothing if anything give the players a kick up the arse and focused for sat. I for one think we are moving forward with a descent striker signed its play offs from me

Keepers ok - encourage to command box better
Defenders release Burn/Sweeney - keep bola permanent if cheap - Mayo replace Sweeney - get permanent defending coach but otherwise improving
Midfielders release Sincs shame but weak link replace with experienced holding midfielder - got good passing/attacking midfielders in squad - Give Moore 1 year extension to prove himself on favoured right
forwards - keep all - no point in selling Nichols hopefully come good ! - keep Telford permanent if cheap one for future ? - Need fox in box experienced striker
A little bit of tinkering/coaching/additions we will be ready for the next level UTG
