I still don't understand why our capacity is slashed by 2000 ( unconfirmed) but suggested. When we take down the North / East temp stand our ground will be the same as the Millwall game a few years ago 11800.
Exeter had a near capacity v Vale . Is there still covid restrictions ?.

Correction to above, excluding South Stand and East terrace (away section) we have sold nearly 70% of available tickets. Didn't the club say they will be flexible . So for Accrington Burton they may only give 200 seats . However for the BIG away following they may give both South stand and away terrace 1800. ??

If this is true 6000. Also the club offers the South Stand and away terrace to teams like Derby sheff w Plymouth exeter pompey Ipswich Bolton charlton Oxford etc . This could mean 8000 tickets sold for cat A games and only 2_3000 on general sale.
Based on this latest estimate the club may rethink and restrict away fans to south stand only meaning 1000 max.
Finally: why can't a small section of the away end have temporarily seating just below scoreboard. Gloucestershire cricket would be a good help as they have at least 3_4 stands put up for internationals . I'm talking about 200_300 extra .

Moving back to the O.P . What do people expect the ground capacity to be next season ?. I know it used to be just under 12000 ( Millwall 11750).

Having nothing to do last night I decided to count the dots on the ground plan for season tickets. Including the 18 Executive boxes I arrived at a total capacity of 10,215. I know the club intend to add an additional step at the front of the Thatchers End which should add approx. another 200. Also the above figure takes account of the removal of the old family stand but not sure about the sterile area between home and away fans in the East terrace. Not sure if the club is looking at any additional changes at the front of the East and West terraces similar to the Thatchers End. The only relatively low cost option to increase capacity further would be to extend the South Stand, as others have mentioned. Thinking caps on guys and girls to see if there are any other sensible low cost options. Even a few hundred extra will make a difference. When I last looked there were less than 50 seats left in the South West stand. East and West stands sold out. Did this include the allocated areas for away fans ?. I think the club said on bigger games away fans will get both terrace and South stand . I didn't think S.Ts were on sale for East terrace or South stand .

10 teams who would fit new club policy of not selling season tickets in away sections..
Derby sheff wed sunderland Plymouth Bolton pompey Ipswich charlton Exeter Oxford. Maybe Swindon if promoted and FGR and Cheltenham could bring a few. Like I said all good news ..

Firstly can anyone clear up . Why our capacity is 2500 short ?. I believe Exeter capacity is around 9500 and they got 9200 yesterday.
Secondly : if we sell 6000 season tickets ( as suggested ) and we ' earmark' away terrace and South stand ( currently no S.T sales). According to my awful maths that could equate to 8000 fans . I Believe 10 teams will bring 1800 plus next season .
This means only 2000 tickets COULD be avaliable each game if current restrictions continue and the club allows away fans to take up the designated areas.
Of course this is all good news for sales but general day match tickets could be a premium?.

Maybe there is a slight confusion but the club is trying to target NEW season ticket holders. A new S.T holder paid £315 in North / East terrace in 2020 . A new S.T holder in 2021 will pay the same . So it is a prize freeze .
In the pass the club offered good perks to existing S.T holders who benefited . In general I get NO reductions for my long service to utility or broadband services but new customers seem to get attractive offers.
The club could of explained this better to existing S.T holders but the freeze is to attract newbies . Unless i read this wrong!.

I'm sure the last 16 games in div two 2015_16 season was w 12 D 2 L 2 = 38 points ??.
But that squad was exceptional for 4th tier. I reckon at least 6 played in championship Bodin Taylor Mcburnie Lockyer Broom Easter Harrison Brown Lines not to mention McChrystal etc etc..

The two mistakes our club made with a reasonable budget. 1) we failed to sign any of the top 20 div 4 goalscorers last year. Most of them went to clubs who are in the play off position in div 4 . We rely too heavily on Collins. 2) we failed to sign an experienced central half. However : we have too many players in similar positions like midfield. A quality striker and centre half and a few less in midfield would of seen us in top 8 I.m.o. We signed two very experienced centre half's, Anderton and the bloke whose name I have forgotten who went to Plymouth as assistant manager. Both turned out to be rubbish and we are now trying to play one of them as an attacking wingback and it shows. He is useless. Firstly anderton is a left back or at least that's what Carlisle said he is . Secondly the bloke who went to muff hardly played for us . So we're was the replacement ?. And we failed to sign any proven goalscorer whereas all the other top 10 clubs did in div 4 .

We got to stick to rules re: boxing day (10 days). Otherwise knowing our luck the EFL will say " its injuries to players and only a small number of covid". So boxing day will be called off if we got any sense and we will be allowed to rearrange .
